Details
The Annual Dinner will take place at the Canterbury Cathedral Lodge, situated in the grounds of the beautiful Canterbury Cathedral and will promise to be a thoroughly enjoyable evening. In attendance will be solicitors from all areas of the legal world along with academics from Kent Law School and students from the University of Kent.
The Dinner will consist of a drinks reception, a three course meal with wine provided on the tables and after dinner tea. The dinner will be accompanied by a Jazz Trio who will entertain us throughout the night. The reception begins at 18:30 and dinner will be served at 19:00. The menu is as follows:
Starter
Leeks and Brie in Puff Pastry served in a tangy Hollandaise Sauce
Main
Supreme of Chicken seasoned with Turmeric and served in a Lemon, Chive and Paprika Sauce

Caramelised Red Onion and Spinach Tart topped with Goats Cheese over a pool of Roasted Red Pepper Sauce (vegetarian)

White Chocolate Cheesecake with a Strawberry Coulis
